Does the thought of library policy put you to sleep? Or worse, put you in a panic? Learning Outcomes:
  1. Library trustees and staff feel comfortable with the process for writing or revising policies.
  2. Library trustees and staff understand the role that different groups (trustees, staff, other departments, etc.) play in policy development.
